Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes. We build in WordPress and train you on editing your own content. No developer needed for day-to-day updates.

How long does SEO take to work?

You’ll typically see meaningful movement in 3–6 months. SEO is a long game, but the results compound over time in ways paid ads never do.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and anyone who does is lying to you. I can’t control Google’s algorithm. What I can control is doing the right things consistently.

Do I need a new site first?

Not necessarily. I can optimize your existing site. If there are structural issues that limit what SEO can do, I’ll flag them with options.

Where do you shoot?

Anywhere in Austin and surrounding areas. I love shooting outdoors; the greenbelt, local parks, and neighborhood streets all make for great backdrops.

How many photos will I get?

It depends on the shoot scope. Typical brand sessions deliver 40–80 edited images. Everything is agreed upfront so there are no surprises.

Can I use the photos for anything?

Yes. All delivered images come with full commercial usage rights. Print, web, social, advertising, etc. They’re yours to use however you need.

Which platforms do you manage?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Most clients start with 1–2 platforms and expand. I’ll help you prioritize where your audience actually is.

Do you create the graphics too?

Yes. Basic branded graphics for posts and stories are included. If you need a full photo or video shoot for content, we can scope that alongside social management.

How do you learn my brand voice?

We start with a kickoff call where I dig into your tone, audience, and goals. The first month includes a review round on all captions until we’re fully aligned.

How many concepts will I see?

You’ll receive 2–3 initial directions, then we’ll collaborate to refine the one that resonates.

What if I already have a logo I sort of like?

We can work with that. A brand refresh, refining what you have rather than starting from scratch, is a great option for brands that have something but want it elevated.

What files will I receive?

Everything: SVG (scalable vector), PNG (transparent background), PDF (print-ready), and any color variations. You’ll own all files with no restrictions.

How do you write in my voice?

We start with a discovery call and a short brand voice questionnaire. The first draft is a calibration. After a few rounds of feedback I’m usually fully locked in on your tone.

Do you write SEO copy or just general copy?

Both, and ideally they’re the same thing. Good SEO copy should read naturally. I write for your reader first and optimize for search as part of the process.

Can you write for a niche industry?

Yes. I research every client’s industry before writing a word. You’ll always review drafts before anything goes live, so accuracy is a shared responsibility.
